UK Removes Hong Kong From Export Licences.

The UK Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has removed Hong Kong as a permitted destination from 20 open general export licences (OGELs), one open general transhipment licence (OGTL) and one open general trade control licence (OGTCL).

Changes to OGELs

Exporters are no longer able to use these licences for exports to or trade with Hong Kong and they should apply for standard individual licences (SIELs) instead.
